Dementia and Alzheimer Support Group

This group offers caregivers and patients a place to exchange information and meet others with similar issues. Guest speakers help educate group members on different dementia and Alzheimer's related topics.

Carroll County: Meetings are held quarterly at the Carroll County Senior Center, 306 North Main, Mount Carroll, IL (watch media for specific dates). They are co-sponsored by Top 50, the Carroll County Senior Center and Dubuque Alzheimer's Association.

Stephenson County: Meeting locations are divided between FHN Memorial Hospital and the Senior Resource Center. The FHN Top 50 senior group and the Senior Resource Center are co-sponsors.

Parkinson's Support Group

Includes people with Parkinson's Disease, their families and caregivers. The group provides an opportunity for sharing, understanding, awareness and support. This Top 50 program meets at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Lena. Please call for specific dates and times.
