Take a moment to thank the Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) that are committed to delivering healthcare excellence throughout FHN.
Due to recent surging of COVID-19 cases in Northwest Illinois, FHN has issued stricter visitor policies for all FHN locations, including FHN Memorial Hospital, to help slow the spread of this highly contagious disease.
We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate the season safely with some family fun!
The FHN Hospice Memorial Service is a special ceremony honoring those we have lost in the past 12 months.
As we've all seen even more clearly recently, your health is so important - so don't put off visiting your FHN provider or scheduling appointments! Our offices and hospital are open, and we're as ready as ever to care for you and your family.
FHN and the Northern Illinois Food Pantry are helping get a healthy “dose” of good food to those who need it. This free program will distribute healthy produce, milk, eggs, and frozen and canned meats to qualified participants on a regular basis.
In accordance with Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) guidelines, FHN is postponing or cancelling all larger nonessential events until further notice.
