I enjoy being a part of people learning and growing in their abilities and strengths. Although I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, much of my focus has been with children and adolescents. My approach to therapy includes CBT, Solution-Focused, and DBT to assist individuals to obtain a more balance mental health. As a therapist for FHN, I provide a safe space for the patient to establish goals for their own betterment through the use of evidence-based practices and counseling theories. I provide crisis intervention to patient in psychological distress as well as individual, couples, family and group counseling
