Prenatal Classes

Prenatal class sessions are offered to all regarding their number of week's gestation, however, they do correlate a bit with how a pregnancy progresses. Mothers-to-be and spouses/support persons are encouraged to attend these free sessions together.

The FHN/Stephenson County Health Department Prenatal class is designed to be taken in consecutive sessions.

Sessions 1 will take place at FHN Memorial Hospital, 1045 W. Stephenson Street, Freeport - meet in the Lower Level Conference Dining Room.

Session 2 and 3 will take place at the Stephenson County Health Department, 10 W Linden St, Freeport.

July 15, July 22 or 24, and July 29 or 31
September 16, September 23 or 25, and September 30 or October 2
November 11, November 13 or 18, and November 20 or 25


Please register for one date in each of the sessions in an upcoming class series.

A series of Hands on Comfort Measures Infant Massage Classes, designed for infants 4 weeks to 1 year old, are being offered at the Stephenson County Health Department. Sessions include legs and feet; tummy, chest and arms; and face, back and whole body. Call 815-235-8274 to register.
