Ten FHN COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Freeport through April and May are currently open for scheduling at www.fhn.org/vaccinationsignup.
All currently available appointments are posted on FHN's self-scheduling site above, and any adult may claim an appointment time online.
Appointments are booked in pairs to ensure that everyone receives the correct second dose of vaccine at the correct time.
FHN is discontinuing use of its COVID-19 vaccine waiting list as of Friday, April 23. Persons currently on the list are encouraged to book a convenient appointment online.
