Take your health to the next level with FHN Get Fit 2026!

Registration begins December 15


This FREE wellness program runs January 18 through April 11 to help you have fun, get active, and work toward your best YOU!

By registering, you will receive Get Fit e-newsletters offering nutrition and exercise tips, recipes, fun activities, prizes, and more. (Your personal information won’t be used for any other purpose, and you’ll receive emails only while this year’s program lasts.)

You will also receive a list of local fitness organizations who are teaming up with FHN to provide trial memberships for the 2026 Get Fit program. Visit these partners to determine which is the best fit for your lifestyle.

Register at any time throughout this year’s program to access Get Fit materials and trial memberships.

Free Health Screenings

Free kick-off health screenings will be held Tuesday, January 13 from 3–6 p.m. and Saturday, January 17 from 8–11 a.m. at FHN Family Healthcare Center – Burchard Hills, in the Lower Level Conference Room. Screens will consist of checking your BMI, blood pressure, and cholesterol. You must have a primary care provider to send results to (it does not have to be an FHN provider).

A follow-up screening will be simultaneously scheduled for the end of the program. You must attend both of your health screenings to be eligible for prizes.

Compete Individually or Team Up with Friends

If you'd like to compete with friends, please have all 4 members of your team enter the selected Team Name when registering. If a team does not have 4 members, those registrants will be treated as individuals.

This competition is all about helping you build a healthier lifestyle, but prizes will be awarded to both the top 3 individuals and teams with the most points.

Earn points when you:

  • Improve your BMI, cholesterol, and weight
  • Attend Get Fit events
  • Participate in contests
  • Track your healthy habits:
    • Drink 32 oz of water daily
    • Eat at least 5 servings of fruits/vegetables each day
    • Do 30 minutes of cardio every day
    • Complete 15 minutes of strength training at least 3 times a week
