This FREE 30- to 45-minute Walk is a safe, fun, family- and pet-friendly way to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends.

FHN is proud to be a part of the nationwide program Walk with a Doc, which gives people a chance to take a walk and learn about their health from a local healthcare professional. Each walk is led by an FHN team member who will speak briefly before the walk begins.

(Doors of Team Support) and the Northern Illinois Food Bank. Mandatory screenings are held at the pickup site from 10 a.m. – noon before each event.
