Featured Offering: Private patient rooms throughout FHN Memorial Hospital
When you're a patient at FHN Memorial Hospital, you have a room to yourself where you can control the television, the visitors, and other potential interruptions and disturbances so that when you're not feeling well, you can determine many of the things that may help you feel better, down to being able choose if the curtains and door are open or closed. You're also shielded from hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and can be assured of complete confidentiality for private provider/patient conversations as well as general patient information. FHN achieved this level of privacy without capital expenditures through cost-effective redecorating and re-use of the former Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) area so patient comfort can be maximized while still controlling costs.
