FHN is pleased to offer you the ability to send an e-mail to an in-patient at FHN Memorial Hospital who will be in residence for more than 24 hours.
The process is simple. Fill in all the information requested in the form below, click on the send button and we’ll take care of it from there.
A volunteer will print and deliver the email to your family member or friend before noon, Monday through Friday. Email received after 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will normally be delivered the next business day.
Due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we cannot confirm to you that any patient is in-house, or guarantee that the message will be delivered to them. This service is provided simply as a free customer service. To get the best results, please try to include as much information as possible in your message to help us to identify the patient. If the patient has been discharged, the email will not be delivered. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to provide you with a response from the patient to whom you send an email.
