Being healthy doesn't have to be a once-a-year thing, and it shouldn't be impossible around the holidays. Join Get Fit INFINITE before the holidays and get the support and information about eating healthy and fitting exercise into your busy schedule you need now.

FHN's popular Get Fit program has helped people start the year off right for more than a decade. This year, we expanded Get Fit to a year-round program - and you can take advantage of it today!

Get Fit INFINITE is the only local health and fitness program that includes both baseline and ongoing screenings for important health indicators including weight, blood pressure and cholesterol as well as other optional tests.

Get Fit INFINITE offers many different ways to earn points – attending educational sessions, having health screens and wellness checks done, attending check-ins and even getting a flu shot and giving blood can get you closer to your points goals!

Just like the "old" Get Fit, you'll earn points for eating healthy, getting exercise and learning about your health. GFI members also get great benefits like free trial memberships to area fitness centers, health screens to help you measure your progress and newsletters with tips and recipes to help keep you motivated.

The majority of the program is online - simply sign up and make your appointment for a baseline screening, then keep track of your points, get health information and even join our Facebook page!
