Unite people and resources of Northwest Illinois with FHN in ways that will help realize the possibilities of exceptional health and healthcare today and for future generations.
For several
generations of community support, FHN has been able to provide high quality healthcare services within our rural communities, thus alleviating the need for families to travel for their healthcare needs. This is evidenced by the increasing number of community physician offices, a local emergency room, the FHN Leonard C. Ferguson Cancer Center, and the FHN Judy and Virgil Bocker Cardiovascular Center.
The Foundation is involved in the long-range planning of FHN, therefore, as we go about the business of development
and fund-raising, the FHN mission statement always guides our priorities:
FHN, together with those we serve, improves health and provides superior, quality health care services. Respect, dignity and compassion guide our interactions, while leadership and wise stewardship of resources direct the process.
With this as our framework, our primary responsibility is to work with donors in our community to secure financial support for a wide variety of FHN services and keep those services close to home.
