I can't Log on to view the baby picture and information.
Try re-entering the user name and password first. This is the most common problem and is easily solved.
The user name and password may not be in the database. Please allow three days for us to post the information and picture of the baby on the Web site.
The record may no longer be valid. We keep the baby data in our database for
three months after the day of birth. After this, the record is deleted.
If you know that a baby should be in our database and you are certain that the user name and password entered is correct, please notify the Webmaster. Make sure that you include this information:
- Parents' name(s)
- Your name
- Your home and/or office phone number
- Your street address
Please note: You must include all of the information above for security purposes.

Who do I contact to get a user name and password?
For security and privacy issues, the parents are the ONLY providers of this information.
FHN staff will not give out this information. It is the parents' right to distribute the codes at their own discretion.

Who makes up the user names and passwords?
The parents fill out all of the general information about the baby including the password and user name.
An FHN staff member fills out information such as weight, hair color, eyes, etc.

How can I put my baby on this site?
All children born within the FHN system of hospitals and clinics are eligible to be posted on the site.
This service is provided for parents free of charge and is designed to help parents share their good news with friends
and family.

Is this safe and secure?
Yes. Individual pictures and information can not be accessed without the correct password and/or user name.
All information is stored in a database that prevents unwanted users access any information about the parents
or their newborn children.

I noticed a mistake in the information, who do I contact?
Incorrect information such as misspellings, incorrect names, or any other kind of information may be
submitted using our online correction form. Your request will be reviewed and corrected. Please allow
three days for this process to occur. After this time, check back to see if the mistakes have been corrected.
If not, please resubmit the corrected information using the same form.

How do I send a congratulatory message to the parents?
If the parents of the child have an email address, it will be found within the baby's information. FHN does not provide this information directly for security purposes. To use the
email, simply click on the "Email Parents"
button found within the babies Web page. This will launch your email software (ex. Outlook Express). Type in your message
and press send.
